Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable IaC and Ansible automation frameworks, alongside enterprise playbooks for OS, patching, storage, and backup.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD toolchains, approval workflows, and monitoring/ITSM systems for closed-loop auto-remediation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (NCA, NDMO) and strict documentation across all automation code and pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support closed-loop observability automation (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Bridge AIOps) and ensure strict ServiceNow integration (incidents, change requests, approval gates, CMDB accuracy equal or bigger than$97 percents).
Key Requirements
- Core Automation & Scripting: Expert in Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and Jenkins CI/CD.

- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with DXC ROMS, DXC Arise (Level 1.5 Agentic AI), DXC OASIS, Azure DevOps, Git, and ServiceNow integration.
- Domain Knowledge: OS provisioning, backup/recovery automation, performance management, network automation (SolarWinds), and high availability (RHEL Pacemaker, PostgreSQL replication).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience: 7+ years in IT automation roles with demonstrated leadership in IaC delivery.
- Certifications: HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and ITIL v4.
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
